Summary
Designed to alleviate the traffic and enhance the overall quality of life within the huge company campus and nearby areas, the app emerged from a recognition of the impact of mobility constraints on both corporate operations and the broader urban landscape.
   
The Move app, conceived by Bradesco Bank, addresses mobility challenges within its sprawling headquarters in Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil. 

By leveraging innovative technology and user-centric design principles, the Move app aims to redefine spatial dynamics and improve mobility for residents and commuters alike.

At its core, Move represents Bradesco's commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainable urban development. 

Through seamless integration with existing transportation networks and real-time traffic updates, the application empowers users to navigate with greater efficiency and convenience.

1. Real-time Bus Tracking: Implemented a feature allowing users to track the small electric buses provided by Bradesco within its headquarters. Users can easily check the arrival time of the next bus, reducing wait times and improving overall transportation efficiency. 

2. Parking Management System: Developed functionality for users to share private parking spots and book available spots in the surrounding area. This feature streamlines parking management, maximizing space utilization and reducing parking-related stress for employees and visitors.

3. Carpooling Integration: Enabled users to share trips with coworkers, promoting carpooling and reducing the number of vehicles commuting to the headquarters daily. 

By facilitating ride-sharing, Move contributes to a more sustainable transportation ecosystem and alleviates traffic congestion.
